BA acknowledges that pursuant to 1002.421(1)(j), Florida Statutes, parentally placedprivate school students with disabilities do not have individual rights to receive some orall of the special education and related services that said students would receive ifenrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA),as amended.
