Admissions Process

At Brilliance Academy, choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child's future. Our admissions process is designed to help families learn about our unique, small-school environment and determine whether our tailored approach is the perfect fit for your student's academic and personal growth.

Because we intentionally maintain small class sizes to ensure individualized attention, we encourage families to begin the enrollment process early to secure their seat.

Step 1: Schedule a School Visit

The first step in the admissions process is to visit Brilliance Academy.

During your visit you will:

tour our academy
meet with school staff
learn how our schoolmodel works

This visit allows us to learn about your child’s educational goals and helps families understand how our personalized learning approach supports student success.

Step 2: Student & Family Conversation

During the visit, we will speak with the parent and student to better understand:

the student’s learning style
academic history
educational goals
whether our learning environment is a strong fit

Brilliance Academy is designed for students who benefit from a smaller, structured learning environment and who are ready to participate in their education.

Step 3: Admissions Application & Review

After the visit, families may submit an admissions application. There is no fee to apply.

As part of the application, families will be asked to provide:

Most recent report card and transcript
Psychoeducational evaluation (if applicable)
Individual Education Plan (IEP), if applicable

Our admissions team will review the application and academic records to determine whether Brilliance Academy may be a good fit for the student and our school community. Families will be notified once an admissions decision has been made.

Step 4: Enrollment

If the student is accepted, families will receive enrollment instructions and an Enrollment Agreement.

Once the registration fee, tuition arrangements, and signed Enrollment Agreement are completed, the student will be officially enrolled.

Blue and Yellow medical forms
Withdrawal Slip
School Transcript

Last Report card
IEP or 504 (if available)
Registration fee $75.00

Financial Aid

At Brilliance Academy, our priority is to provide the highest level of education to every student in a supportive environment that does not place a financial strain on your family. We believe that quality, individualized private schooling should be accessible to all.

If you are interested in enrolling your child at our Miami or Palmetto Bay campuses, we encourage you to inquire about the various financial options we offer. Brilliance Academy proudly participates in the State of Florida scholarship program Step-Up for Students Florida Tax Credit (FTC/EO), the PEP Scholarship, and Unique Abilities (FES-UA).
