📋 Reporting Educator Misconduct
Brilliance Academy strictly adheres to the Ethics in Education Act. All employees, contractual agents, and administrators have an obligation to report misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators that affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student.

Immunity: Liability protections apply to any individual reporting suspected misconduct or abuse in good faith under Florida Statute § 39.203 and § 768.095.

Failure to Report: Any school personnel who fails to report suspected abuse or educator misconduct faces administrative disciplinary actions up to termination, alongside potential state penalties.
🛡️ Reporting Child Abuse, Abandonment, or Neglect
All employees and agents of Brilliance Academy have an affirmative duty to report any safe-keeping concerns, suspected child abuse, abandonment, or neglect.
How to Report Concerns:
If you suspect or have knowledge that a child is being abused, abandoned, or neglected, you must report it immediately to the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).
